we like to keep an eye out for folks who are illeagally distributing our models. we cannot find them all alone so any help is appreciated. this is the place to discuss IP theft. just today one of our members pointed out something "not kosher" and we have taken steps to eliminate the offender(s). sometimes these things take time but the squeeky wheel usually gets the grease. often it is best to take care of things on a "casual" basis, but i am sometimes considered "rabid" when it comes to protecting my work, the work of our contributors, and the value of our customers' purchase. i'll not be apologizing for that....
if you do see something that looks suspicious regarding our creations, let us know here and if it turns out to be valid, you will be rewarded with a model of your choice. it HAS to be something we are not aware of and has not been posted here previously. if it is something that i end up needing to involve the legal types with, if and when we receive a monetary settlement, i'll see you get 10% of what i receive (in addition to the model).
