Going through my Photobucket folders, seeing what was there. I found this: The business end of a STuG III It, and a couple of others, are on static display the training camp of the Finnish Panssariprikaati (Armoured Brigade) at Parolannummi, near Hämeenlinna. My 2nd oldest boy did his national service there a year or so back. As you can see, there's no point in painting them white, as at -15'C, the snow sticks quite well. ;D I think I've got more views of the same vehicle - I'll try and dig them out. There were also some T-34s and T-62s (I think) My boy was the main loader in a Leopard II. The budding young tank commander in the picture is my youngest. Rob.

Great pic! The snow adds a lot of ambiance.
Would love to see any pics your son might have taken of Leo IIs.
