New Skin

I have started playing around with the graphics on the Forum.
All the changes are being done in a skin called PTA.
Because different monitors display colors differently, I would appreciate any feedback you can give.

To change the skin go to 'profile' (in the top menu)
then 'Modify profile'
then go to ' Account Preferences' section and select the 'PTA' skin

This is a work in progress, so expect more changes to occur as time goes on!

though the green background is a tad dark, but doable

Thanks for the feedback.
I have changed the background to a german grey color and made the text darker.
Hopefully this will work???
